Principle
Radio Mutation is a static editorial site. It offers no user account, no basket and no online form, and does not seek to identify its visitors.
Cookies and trackers
The site sets no cookie, technical or advertising, and uses no tracker or analytics tool. No resource is loaded from a third-party server.
Connection logs
Like any web server, the hosting records the requests it receives: IP address, date and time, page requested, response code, browser type. These logs serve only to keep the service running and secure.
- Legal basis: the publisher’s legitimate interest in the security and availability of the site.
- Retention: these logs are written and rotated by the reverse proxy in front of this site, under its own configuration. We do not read them for any editorial purpose and keep no copy of our own. The radio stream is measured separately, and that is described below.
- Recipients: this data is neither sold, transferred nor passed to third parties.
Listening statistics
The radio stream is measured, and it is the one thing here we keep records of ourselves. For each connection we note when it started and ended, how long it lasted, and which player was used — along with a one-way key derived from the address. The address itself is not stored, and the key cannot be turned back into one.
It answers how many people listen and when, which is what decides what the station plays. It identifies nobody and goes to nobody else. The site itself is unchanged: no cookies, no trackers, nothing loaded from anywhere else.
If you write to the address given on the contact page, your email address and the content of your message are processed for the sole purpose of replying to you, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you. To exercise it, write to info@radiomutation.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Radio Mutation is published by a private individual. Write to info@radiomutation.com with any question about the site or about data.
Changes
This policy may be amended to reflect a change in the site or in regulation. The version in force is the one published on this page.
